Board of Directors
As per the 2023 Bylaws, board positions are filled near the end of the year by electronic vote. Board members must maintain PMI and PMINB membership and must have served in a volunteer or leadership role in one (1) of the last three (3) years. If there is only one eligible candidate for a position by the nomination deadline, that candidate will be acclaimed for that position.
