Sponsorship Program

PMINB is always looking for the support of corporate sponsors. We have a comprehensive program allowing contributions of cash and/or in-kind products and services, in return of great marketing exposure as well as discounts on PMINB events and resources. Our sponsors gain connection to our full membership, allowing for the development of strategic alliances. We have members from across New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island that contribute to major projects and other undertakings. These are leading professionals that have their association at heart and know the value of corporate relationships.

All sponsorship benefits start at our annual Professional Development (PD) Days in May and last for 12 months.

Portfolio Manager Level - $5,000 (minimum $2,000 cash)

  • Exclusive sponsorship within your industry
  • Logo displayed on PMINB website, PD Days website and Newsletters
  • Logo displayed in sponsor acknowledgements at PD Days, Lunch & Learns, networking and social events
  • Likes/Retweets/Shares of Social Media posts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Marketing material distributed at PD Days, Lunch & Learns, networking and social events (must be provided in advance)
  • 12 email distributions to the full PMINB subscriber list of almost 1800 members and non-members (value of $2,400 + HST)
  • One exclusive event (i.e., Experts Panel Discussion) for the MBA Class / prospective students
  • 50 complimentary passes for the 2024 Virtual PD Days Conference (value of $3,450 for members / $4,450 for non-members + HST)
  • 5-minute speaking opportunity (and/or alternatively a short video up to 5 min by the sponsor) at PD Days
  • Verbal acknowledgement of sponsorship at PD Days
  • 25 complimentary passes for every virtual Lunch & Learn (value of $1,250 + HST)
  • 2 complimentary passes for every in-person Lunch & Learn

 

Program Manager Level - $2,500 (minimum $1,000 cash)

  • Logo displayed on PMINB website, PD Days website and Newsletters
  • Logo displayed in sponsor acknowledgements at PD Days, Lunch & Learns, networking and social events
  • Likes/Retweets/Shares of Social Media posts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Marketing material distributed at PD Days, Lunch & Learns, networking and social events (must be provided in advance)
  • 6 email distributions to the full PMINB subscriber list of almost 1800 members and non-members (value of $1,200 + HST)
  • 20 passes for the 2024 Virtual PD Days Conference (value of $1,380 for members / $1,780 for non-members + HST)
  • 10 complimentary passes for every virtual Lunch & Learn (value of $500 + HST)

 

Project Manager Level - $1,000 (minimum $500 cash)

  • Logo displayed on PMINB website, PD Days website and Newsletters
  • Logo displayed in sponsor acknowledgements at PD Days, Lunch & Learns, networking and social events
  • Likes/Retweets/Shares of Social Media posts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)

  • 3 email distributions to the full PMINB subscriber list of almost 1800 members and non-members (value of $600 + HST)
  • 5 passes for the 2024 Virtual PD Days Conference (value of $345 for members / $445 for non-members + HST)

 

Friends of PMINB – $500 (in-kind or cash)

  • Logo displayed in sponsor acknowledgements at PD Days, Lunch & Learns, networking and social events
  • Likes/Retweets/Shares of Social Media posts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)

  • 1 pass for the 2024 Virtual PD Days Conference (value of $69 for members / $89 for non-members + HST)

Partners are unique strategic alliances formed to deliver benefits to both organizations. They differ from Sponsors in that there is no cash or in-kind funding required.
