Help us recognize excellence in project leadership! Nominate a peer, your organization, your team - or yourself. Nominations are open to all.

Award Criteria

Project of the Year: Outstanding project demonstrating impact, innovation, and excellence.

PMO of the Year: A project management office that exemplifies best practices and delivers high value.

Rising Star Award: New PMs showing exceptional promise and performance.

Fellow Achievement Award: A long-time member whose contributions have shaped our chapter and community.

PMINB Chapter Choice Award: A wildcard category selected by the chapter for notable contributions.


Judging & Evaluation

All nominations will be reviewed by a panel of impartial professionals using a standardized rubric.

Each award is evaluated on:

Impact (40%) – Scope, scale, and benefit to the organization or community
Innovation (30%) – Creativity in approach, tools, or process
Execution (20%) – Project delivery, collaboration, and outcomes
Alignment with PMI values (10%) – Ethics, leadership, and service
