- Refund policy for all courses:
- No refunds or cancellation 7 business days or less prior to the first class. The request must be sent to [email protected]
- Substitution: Substitution of a participant is not allowed except for group registrations.
- Cancellation: PMI-Montréal reserves the right to cancel training if there is an insufficient number of registrations. If applicable, all registration fees will be refunded.
