Spotlight 6: "Lean and Six Sigma methodologies applied to Digital Projects" with Carlos Penteado

Date: Tuesday, May 14 at 12 pm

Abstract: In today's world, the speed with which technology evolves casts challenges to traditional process improvement methodologies (TPIM), such as Lean and Six Sigma (LSS). Normally decoupled from the necessity to implement technologies, LSS must reshape and reinvent itself becoming more fluid to tackle problems posed by everchanging technologies. An apparent antagonism between Digitization and LSS can be reversed into unidirectional forces towards delivery of intended results.
