I can change, if I have to, I guess
VIRTUAL LUNCH & LEARN – June, 16th, 2020 - I can change, if I have to, I guess
When Project Managers address change it has traditionally meant filing a change order that impacts the scope, budget, or timelines. To truly move any project forward we need to bring our people along. Change management is the people side of the project. It is quite natural to resist change but that doesn’t mean we cannot help our people through the changes. Parallel to this is the speed and volume which change is occurring. In this interactive presentation we will explore the components of change management and talk about the tools to help assess employees, support middle managers and empower sponsors to become more effective in their role to support change.
