Saint John Lunch & Learn – Taming Perpetual Elaboration in Software Solution Implementation Projects: POSTPONED TO APRIL 2019

Join us on April 25th, when Olatunji Olajobi from Horizon Health Network will share the following:

Event Details:   "Progressive Elaboration” as a method of continuing to provide further detail into the planning process sounds like a healthy method for planning project execution, however, a Project Manager needs to avoid spending too much time, energy and resources on getting to the lowest possible level of detail. When not strategically managed, there is a potential for progressive elaboration to get out of hand and in extreme cases result in project failure or suspension. This session is to discuss and share knowledge of the areas of the Software Development Life Cycle that are prone to perpetual elaboration and what to watch out for.  This event falls under the Leadership portion of the talent triangle.

Olatunji Olajobi is a member of the Project Management Institute Edmonton, Alberta Chapter. He has 12 + years of Project Management experience and Business Architect across a wide range of business sectors including health, insurance, downstream oil and gas, finance and public service. He has successfully completed and delivered more than 10 projects in the last 15 years. He is highly knowledgeable in business analysis, system analysis, and digital transformation and predictive analytics.
