Jumping from an Airplane
For every $1 billion invested in the United States, $122 million was wasted due to lacking project performance. (Source: PMI.org). Fewer than a third of all projects were successfully completed on time and on budget over the past year. (Source: Standish Group). Come attend this interactive session to get an understanding of what project teams can do to reduce the probability of project failure.
Thomas George MCA, MSP, PMP, PMI-RMP, CC is an experienced Project Manager with specialization in Risk Management and has delivered projects that are over $100 Million successfully. He is a certified Risk, Project and Program Management Professional. As a Director of Consulting Services with CGI’s Moncton office, Thomas is accountable for all Services (Projects and Operations) delivered to his clients.
Thomas held various Board positions with PMI (Project Management Institute), including PMI’s local New Brunswick chapter, where he was Vice President of Communications. Thomas contributed as a Subject Matter Expert in Project Management in the last two years for PMI New Brunswick chapter’s PMP Study group.
