Speaker: David Whelbourn

The need to deliver widespread results across a whole organization, even multiple organizations, calls for a mixture of programme and portfolio management; combined with classic PM methods to better manage the interdependent projects and operations with multiple stakeholders from multiple organizations.

The CyberNB economic development initiative needed a complex mix of programme and project management to grow on New Brunswick's current cybersecurity sector and build capabilities to protect organizations from new threats and risks. Cybersecurity is a booming technology subsector with the opportunity to create hundreds and potentially thousands of jobs in New Brunswick. This session will share lessons learned through Cyber NB's programme management approach and provide an update on the progress.

This evening "PMI-NB Talks" on Enterprise Programme Management is for you if you're interested in Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure, you work on large projects/programmes or you are developing your Portfolio Management skills via executing large multi-client projects!

Note: This  venue holds a maximum of 30 people. Register today to save you place!

Informal social networking event to follow David's talk.
