1)    Improving the Awareness and Value of the PMI-NB Chapter among Members, Partners and Businesses in New Brunswick

2)    Improving on Membership Satisfaction

Strategic goals for the PMI-NB Chapter for 2017 are:

1)    Development of a Value Proposition and Printed Materials for Promotion of the Chapter

2)    Obtain Membership Retention Rating of 75% (min) (85% stretch)

3)    Obtain Membership Satisfaction Rating of 80% (min) (90% stretch)
