Chris Weir’s purpose is to help Atlantic Canada grow.  He spent the past 9 years marketing and selling IT and Business Professional Services for Ambir and Ernst and Young and holds responsibility for selling and marketing to world-class clients in the public and private sector.  His current Government clients include all four Provincial bodies in Atlantic Canada as well as the Federal Government.  
Chris spent a large part of his sales career with Xerox Canada during the “start-up” years for the Inside Sales Organization in Saint John between 1999 and 2008. He has held roles of sales rep, program manager and people manager. Such a variety of roles has allowed Chris to learn a great deal about many aspects of Sales, Training, Management and Support. Chris has also received some of the finest sales and management training available, some which came from Xerox Document University.
He won Xerox’ highest sales award, President’s Club, four times as well as a prestigious Innovation Award that gave him the honor of representing Xerox in Athens Greece in 2004 as an official Olympic Torchbearer.
Chris is also an entrepreneur, author, MBA Instructor, and professional fishing guide.  He has held roles such as commercial fisherman, farmer and public school teacher.
Happily married for 25 years and a father of two, he is an active volunteer in organizations such as Junior Achievement, the Business Immigrant Mentorship Program, the Atlantic Salmon Federation, the Hammond River Angling Association, the Wallace McCain Institute and ConnexionWorks.
